Yes. The CFN can come to your organization and work with you to identify team needs and skills to be developed.

Can the training use our own documents and tools?

Yes, when possible. Schedules, forms, procedures, emails or other real documents can be used for learning, while respecting confidentiality.

Can we train several employees who have different skill levels?

Yes. The CFN can work with employees who have varying levels of French and adapt the support to their needs and starting point. Different options can be considered depending on their eligibility.

What types of skills can be developed?

The training may cover communication, document comprehension, calculations, organization, time management, digital tools, problem-solving, or other skills used in your environment.

Does the CFN offer recruitment or placement services?

No. The CFN develops the skills people need to function better and progress at work. It does not handle recruitment or placement. If necessary, it can work in conjunction with regional employment services.

Employees on the same team do not necessarily have the same needs or the same level of French.
CFN can explore different ways to support them with you.

Employees who already have a foundation in French

Training through Get Set may be available to eligible employees. Their learning plan can be adapted to the tasks, goals and situations they encounter in your workplace.

Employees who are more beginner-level in French

A fee-for-service agreement may be considered to provide training that is adapted to their starting point and your organization’s needs.

You do not need to determine on your own which option applies to each person.
